The Sunstone Pro-S is a servo-powered weld head that provides high-end features at a mid-range price. Available in an opposed configuration, the Pro-S provides quality welding results for automated, high-production environments or as a tabletop solution for smaller shops. Built-in monitoring comes standard with the Pro-S. Any manufacturer that utilizes resistance welding in their manufacturing process will see immediate efficiency gains with the Pro-S.

I absolutely love the ease and use of this machine. I had no idea what I was doing and left it in the box before I got up the nerve to attempt it. It was so easy. I will hopefully help anyone who gets the idle error. I couldn’t find a troubleshoot for it in the manual but googled it and it’s as simple as not pushing the button until it was orange. Prior to my receiving my Orion I spoke with 3-4 different departments at Sunstone and there customer service is A+. Everyone sounded so happy to assist and help me and I’m so pleased with my purchase. Thank you!
