Orion® LZR® AWL: Automated Laser Welding System

The Orion® AWL is the perfect solution for tasks that require the repeatability of automation and the accuracy and precision of laser welding. The Orion® AWL is equipped with an X-Y-Z motorized table, piloted by a joystick that contains all the necessary functions to perform a weld, including a weld initiation button and control over axis rotation.

With an open chamber, the Orion® AWL can easily accommodate bulky and odd-shaped workpieces. General manufacturers will certainly find the Orion® AWL to be the perfect solution for dependable, repeatable welding, but those in the medical device, aerospace, and energy industries need the Orion® AWL to meet high standards for quality and precision.
