Pro E Electromagnetic Weld Head

The Sunstone Pro E is a high precision, low force weld head for applications requiring accurate pressure, displacement, and position control. Available in a parallel or opposed electrode configuration, the Pro Es advanced electromagnetic drive delivers ultra smooth, consistent welding results.

The Pro E offers force, displacement, and positional feedback generating consistent welding results. When paired with a Sunstone welder, the Pro E provides follow-up force and weld-to-displacement parameters and a force range of 1 to 25 pounds.
